Wain House is a comfortable two bedroom cottage for up to five guests, set at Abergwynant Farm in the beautiful Mawddach Valley. With a spacious open plan living area and direct access from the farm to the Mawddach Trail, it is a great base for exploring this beautiful part of North Wales. Guests can also enjoy the farm’s shared garden, with outdoor dining tables, seating and our Baasket Swing.
The Space
Sleeping: Two bedrooms sleeping up to five guests. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a double bed and a single bed.

Around the farm: Direct access to the Mawddach Trail for walking and cycling. The River Gwynant runs through Abergwynant Farm, while the River Mawddach can be reached from the trail.
